Block making processing 制砖流程

  1. The wheel loader will take the aggregate such as gravel, sand etc., to be loaded into the batching hoppers
  2. The skip elevator with the correct mixed proportion of raw material is elevated to the position of mixer and material will be discharged into the mixer.
  3. Raw material is being discharged into the mixer water and cement will be added simultaneously before mixing process begin.
  4. After mixing, the mixed material will be transferred to the head position of block machine (base mix feeder) with this system.
  5. Freshly made block are being churned out from the block machine
  6. The pallet elevator is made of solid steel section. The lifting elements consist of steel chains with solid angles. These angles lift pallets. The elevator can be manufactured from 9-12 level whereby each level can fit 2 pallets.
  7. Finger car moves the fresh block into the curing chamber
  8. Fresh blocks will be loaded into the curing chamber for curing. And after 8 hours of curing, cured blocks are taken out from curing chamber by the finger car.
  9. The cured block is being un-stacked from the lowerator and is being transferred to cubing area.
  10. The un-stacked blocks transferred to the Block/Pallet Alignment Device, and it align 2 pallets of cured blocks in order to ease the cubing system.
  11. Cuber will clamp 2 pallets of blocks each cycle, and with free turning system of 360°, each level will cross stack on top of one another on the block exit conveyor. And then be transferred to outside of the workshop by the exit conveyor.
  12. When the pallets have been emptied, the pallets will be swept, cleaned and oiled with this system
  13. Empty pallets are overturned here to be return to the block making machine form another production cycle.
