1.    Mould bearing Device
Hawk design: A bending resistant cross beam above the frame control the balance of the mould during the demolding time to avoid the down mould sway from side to side(left and right), and also protect synchronizing adjustment bar of the the down mould  from break.
It helps the down moud be more stable during the production time.
Other factory: Only 2 gears to control the down mould, balance cannot be well controlled.
Synchronizing adjustment bar of the down mould break easily during the producing time, due to the sway of the mould.

2. Upgraded sliding block
Hawk design: The sliding block upgrade to 320mm height to ensure the tamper head move steady. It‘s easy to disassemble with bolts design during the maintenance. (Changing the nylon sleeve and etc.) 

Other factory: Sliding block only 150mm or 220mm, the whole guiding posts and the synchronizing adjustment bar can not be disassemble easily, very difficult for maintenance.

3. Pressure valve applied on tamper head
Hawk design: This pressure valve to instead the position screw bolt will ensure the tamper head's precise movement.
The vibration table start to vibrate during the tamper head decline. The vibration is the main process for the whole production, tamper head should not over press to the final products, especially for the pavers.

Other factory: Use the position screw bolts to prevent the over press of the tamper head.
The original intention for those 2 positions screw blot is to stop the tamper head to over pressing, while in practical, the tamper head is too heavy to control by this bolt. 

4. Bolts design for easy maintenance
Hawk design: The down mould hydraulic cylinder is connect to the synchronizing adjustment bar by 4 bolts. Easy for maintenance.

Other factory: Welding design at this easy break parts ( we have update this design to prevent the easy break, refer to page1). During the maintenance time, it needs to be cut off which is dangerous and costing.

5. Round sensor to instead of the square one
Hawk design: AUTONICS round sensor compare to the square type the round type sensor is more durable

Other factory: Square sensor only has 2 induction point and break easily.

6. 2M gears to instead of the 4m gears for the temper head
Hawk design: The 2m gears make the temper head more stable and smooth moving during the decline.
